teen parents

The SDW Community Center plays a crucial role in supporting pregnant teens aged 13 to 21 and young women who have aged out of the Foster Care Program. The primary objective of this program is to create a safe and secure environment where young women can cultivate the skills necessary for them to lead self-sufficient, healthy, and empowered lives.

At SDW, we firmly believe that by providing extensive support to each of these girls, we enhance their chances of becoming independent women. This commitment reflects our dedication to empowering and nurturing the potential of these young individuals, ensuring they have the tools and resources they need to thrive.

We put everything together on Day Three. You’ll see how learning how to love yourself is the key to better relationships with everyone in your life, especially yourself.
